For the Grandstand and Paddock areas there is no specific dress code but it is preferred no sports shorts or denim shorts. Ladies night is especially famous for the diverse array of beautiful hats and there is a prize for the best dressed lady. Getting dressed up can really make a day at the races all the more fun! Is there car parking and how much is it? There is a free public car park opposite the Main Grandstand and coach parking is free. There is also Trackside Car Parking available for £10.00 per vehicle (Annual members £5.00) which is located alongside the racetrack. Can I leave my car on the car park overnight? Cars may be left overnight at the owners risk. Can I bring my dog? Dogs are permitted however we request that they are kept on their leads and under control at all times. What facilities are there for disabled racegoers? There is a designated parking area and a viewing platform on the first floor of the Grandstand. A complimentary badge will be provided to an accompanying carer. Is there a cash machine? A cash Machine is now situated in the Bell Hall (charges apply). The tote also offer cash back for a minimum spend of £10 Can I buy my tickets in advance? We do advise everyone to buy their tickets in advance to guarantee availability. To buy your tickets in advance you can either call our 24 hour ticket hotline on 0344 579 3002 or go to the Event’s or Tickets page to buy online. Can I collect tickets on the day? Tickets can be collected in the premier entrance Is there a concession for disabled racegoers? You will need to purchase one ticket in advance or general admission ticket and the carer will gain access free of charge. Who is the race day photographer? In the event of abandonment before racing, or up to the “weighed in” of the first race, there will be a full refund of badge, ticket and car parking costs. In the event of abandonment after the “weighed in” of the first race and up to the third “weighed in” of the third race, there will be a 50% refund of badge, ticket and car parking costs. In the event of abandonment thereafter, there will no refunds given. No cash refunds will be paid on the day, all refunds will be administered after the meeting. Any more questions?
