In 2010, Jockey Club Racecourses and Compass Group UK & Ireland formed a joint venture, ‘Jockey Club Catering’, which offers top quality catering, hospitality and service across The Jockey Club’s entire portfolio of venues on racedays and for conferences and events.

There are a wide range of drinks and menu packages available, from canapés to four course banquets, or if you have something in particular in mind, our catering manager will work with you and your event co-ordinator to create the perfect menu for your wedding from our extensive selection.

Head Chef Bio - Alistair Coe

After studying catering, Alistair’s career has span across various countries. Alistair started his career as Head Chef for the Marriot Hotel Group, where five years later he moved overseas to work in Dublin, Singapore and the Jumeriah group of hotels in Dubai. Quickly upon his return to England, Alistair became head chef at Carlisle Racecourse, bringing a wealth of knowledge of the catering industry and a worldwide flair for food.
